Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VOICE Pune, we understand that plans may change. Below is our policy for the NS & JDS 2026 Camp.
1. Cancellation by Participant
- Before 7 Days: If you cancel 7 or more days before the event start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
- Within 7 Days: No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
- If ISKCON NVCC / VOICE Pune cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay/Bank).
